You know how steak in Singapore tends to get killed by too much heat? Today I dispelled the myth that this is something only done in Singapore by ordering steak here in UK (yes - BSG to hell...) and requested for a "Medium" at Tootsie's.
Carnivores please note - steak is a dish best served medium rare.
For the record, I've made a mental note that you (uncarnivorous you) would probably like it medium while I would go for a succulent medium rare.
