I usually hate eating marmalade, but lately have discovered yuzu marmalade. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit that has a floral, nearly pomelo-like fragrance. It's not as sour nor as bitter as oranges or lemons.
So I've recently just discovered the simple pleasure of yuzu marmalade on toast. Its an excellent dry food for when I'm ill (which I have been recently) and isn't too sour or bitter to be eaten as a snack.
By the way, did you know that toast is good for when you're down with flu or food poisoning?
