It might as well be Spring

It must be officially Spring by now. For the first time today, the weather has been warm, hot almost, with the sun shining fully through the windows and glass. Even my thrives-on-neglect-and-sunshine English lavender plant is doing well, it's growing many new leaves now although I am not sure what to do to make it flower.

It's usually averaging 10 degrees in the day now, although there was an awful rain this morning, but there is a clear distinction from the bitter cold in winter and the warm but breezy spring wind. Let's hope the weather keeps up and I may well be biking to work starting next week.
